Job description

As a Product Manager at Anywhere365, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You gather, manage, and prioritize ideas for our products or features, considering both the user needs and the wider business goals. You define success metrics for the product, and build a roadmap to outline the product vision—together with a plan for how that vision will be. Ultimately, you can think of our product managers as the CEO of the product. You are the in-house product expert—the number one go-to person for anything and everything relating to the product.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with the company's vision and market trend;
  • Coordinate all the moving parts of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development, right through to launch and beyond;
  • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify new product opportunities and enhancements;
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time;
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing. Have them working towards a common goal for the product
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product innovation;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, providing training and support as necessary;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation and maintain a competitive edge;
  • Understand both the end user’s needs and the overarching business goals.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:

  1. In depth experience within the field of Product management, at least 5 years, but preferably more;
  2. Experience in fast growing company within B2B SaaS industry;
  3. Proven track record in launching impact product, preferably affinity with AI;
  4. Strong experience in a multidisciplinary field; spanning user experience (UX), business and technology;
  5. Understanding of the technical aspects of product development;
  6. Proven track record in ambiguous settings, breaking them down into concrete actions and workstreams.

For candidates based in the Netherlands: We invite you to our office in Rotterdam two days a week.

For candidates based in the United Kingdom: Since we don't have an office in the UK, this position is fully remote. However, occasional national and international travel will be required.
