Job description

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist, a true "Janet or Jack of all trades". While your focus will be on digital marketing, you’ll also play a pivotal role in coordinating both online and offline events, such as webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and partner events. Additionally, you’ll support partner marketing by equipping partners with campaign kits, proactively sourcing materials, and empowering them to drive successful marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies while also ensuring smooth execution of event marketing. You'll need to bring strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude to support partners and manage campaigns across various channels.


Key responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.), ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue growth.
  • Support and help coordinate both online (e.g., webinars) and offline events (e.g., conferences, exhibitions, and partner events), ensuring seamless planning and execution;
  • Collaborate with partners to create and distribute campaign kits, source relevant marketing materials, and provide proactive support to enhance partner marketing initiatives;
  • Oversee and optimize paid digital campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and others, to drive engagement and meet business targets;
  • Assist in implementing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance website performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics to monitor and improve marketing activities;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and provide insights to guide future strategies;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure consistent and integrated marketing efforts;
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and digital innovations, and apply these insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Key skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in executing and managing 360-degree digital marketing programs; 
  • Strong understanding of managing paid digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads;
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, online persuasion techniques, and other CRO strategies to improve website performance;
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign management and automation;
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to drive informed marketing decisions;
  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
