We're looking for a native English speaker based either in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands. If you're located in the Netherlands, this is a hybrid role, and we expect you to visit our office in Rotterdam twice a week. If you're based in the United Kingdom, the position will be fully remote.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement SEO best practices in all content pieces to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and understanding content performance analytics;
  • Oversee and manage all internal communications, ensuring that company-wide announcements, updates, and initiatives are communicated clearly, consistently, and effectively to all employees.
  • Proactively network within the organization and externally to source new content ideas and identify potential co-sponsors for content initiatives;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing campaigns. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained;
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines;
  • Assist in tracking content performance metrics and reporting on the success of content marketing efforts to optimize future strategies.
