Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for leading impactful projects in a dynamic, global environment? As the HR Project Manager at Anywhere365, you’ll take the lead on strategic initiatives such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits. You’ll design and implement HR frameworks, collaborate with senior leaders across the organization, and drive change management efforts to enhance the employee experience. Key responsibilities:
Strategic HR project leadership. Plan, manage, and deliver HR projects, such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development, from inception to completion.
Policy and framework development. Design and implement customized HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with Anywhere365’s business goals and enhance employee experience.
Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to align HR projects with organizational strategy and priorities.
Change management. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes and systems.
Data-driven decision making. Use data and analytics to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement adjustments as needed.
Performance tracking and reporting. Track and evaluate the success of HR projects, creating detailed reports to communicate outcomes and insights to stakeholders.
Team coordination. Work closely with the People & Culture team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives across the organization.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR project management, preferably in a global, fast growing (tech) environment.
In-depth knowledge with international HR projects, including performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and internal communication.
Track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives in a diverse and international setting.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday, Microsoft Project. Etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
