Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for leading impactful projects in a dynamic, global environment? As the HR Project Manager at Anywhere365, you’ll take the lead on strategic initiatives such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits. You’ll design and implement HR frameworks, collaborate with senior leaders across the organization, and drive change management efforts to enhance the employee experience. Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR project leadership. Plan, manage, and deliver HR projects, such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development, from inception to completion.

  • Policy and framework development. Design and implement customized HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with Anywhere365’s business goals and enhance employee experience.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to align HR projects with organizational strategy and priorities.

  • Change management. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes and systems.

  • Data-driven decision making. Use data and analytics to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement adjustments as needed.

  • Performance tracking and reporting. Track and evaluate the success of HR projects, creating detailed reports to communicate outcomes and insights to stakeholders.

  • Team coordination. Work closely with the People & Culture team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives across the organization.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR project management, preferably in a global, fast growing (tech) environment.

  2. In-depth knowledge with international HR projects, including performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and internal communication.

  3. Track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives in a diverse and international setting.

  4. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive measurable outcomes.

  5. Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

  6. Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday, Microsoft Project. Etc.)

  7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
