Job description

At Anywhere365 we're looking for a Dutch speaking Business Development Manager who will be responsible for The Netherlands. As our Business Development Manager in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for the execution of sales and business development efforts in the region. Your goal is to find, acquire and retain new logos for our SaaS products. Our goal is to further grow in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and this role will play a key part in achieving that goal.

As we also sell a lot through partners, it will also be your mission to find new partners in the region who would be keen on selling our Anywhere365 Contact Center as a Service and CPaaS cloud solution to new customers. And also to maintain the relationships that have already been established within the region. As our Business Development Manager for the region, you will utilize multiple acquisition strategies, including grass-roots demand and lead generation.

Anywhere365 was founded in The Netherlands, back in 2010 and has grown ever since. At the moment we have around 250 employees working from 28 different countries, with 30 different nationalities. We have offices in The Netherlands and Australia and we invite you to the Dutch office around two days a week. Occasionally you will be expected to attend events within the region, or visit customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying new business and nurturing leads

  • Creating and driving effective E2E sales processes and campaigns while ensuring internal workflow processes and tools are updated and continuously improved

  • Partner with the content and community teams on social marketing campaigns

  • Manage and expand client/partner & prospect relationships

  • Manage the RFP/RFI and contract development processes as well as negotiating and closing deals

  • Keeping abreast of competitive intelligence and industry knowledge

  • Grow overall sales through solicitation of new business using consultative sales, obtaining bookings from potential clients, completing professional bids/proposals, and attending client visits.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:

Key skills and experience:

  1. Fluent Dutch speaker;

  2. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline of potential new clients using various tools (e.g. HubSpot, Dynamics, SalesForce) and methods, such as social media, networking, and industry events;

  3. Proven track record in generating new logos, plus upselling and cross selling with existing logos;

  4. Proven experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology;

  5. At least 2 years of experience within a software company with a proven track record of selling disruptive software solutions;

  6. Business modelling skills, developing business cases, and compelling value proposition;

  7. Skilled in managing RFP/RFI processing, developing contracts, and negotiating terms;

  8. Proven track record in creating and driving effective sales processes and campaigns;

  9. Preferably also understanding of and experience with the Microsoft Technology Skills.
