Project Manager ITSM Implementation

For our ITSM implementation, we are looking for an experienced project manager with expertise in implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and implementing an ITSM tool to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT services. This will be a contractor role for 3 days a week

Tasks & responsibilities

• Identify and assess the needs of the organization in the area of ITSM
• Select a vendor that best fits our needs
• Close the deal, legal support is provided
• Manage the implementation of the ITSM tool, including ¨planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Coordinating the involved teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Test and monitor the ITSM tool's performance and identify improvement areas
• Train users to maximize the effectiveness of the tool.
  

Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in Project management, preferably in SaaS/B2B sector
• Expert in ITIL process management
• Proven experience in identifying and defining global uniform processes
• Proven experience in implementing an ITSM tool
• A certificate in project management is a plus
• Experience in implementing changes within a fast-growing company
