In this new role in the Human Capital Team, you will be coaching the people managers of our fast-paced, dynamic organization. Job Specs

Workplace: remote; meeting team members and stakeholders 1 day per week

Standard languages: fluent Dutch and English
Hours: 32-40 hours
Job level: medior (5+ years experience)
Human Capital Team: 7 team members, working remote and from our HQ in Rotterdam
Total people base: 200+ co-workers worldwide
Fields of job expertise: talent development, employee communication, performance management, leadership development, people analytics, labour law, compensation & benefits.

A quick view on the topics you’ll be focusing on as our new HC Business Partner

  • The open door: consult and coach people managers on employee-related topics
  • Improving the employee experience by being the first point of contact for the employees on all HC topics
  • Contribute to professionalizing HC policies and procedures, e.g. writing job profiles
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital team (HC & Recruitment) to align on local and global HC topics.

  • Experience as HC Advisor / HC Business Partner
  • Working knowledge of Dutch labour law and HC best practices internationally
  • Experience in handling a variety of difficult personnel situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Preferably experience in working in a globally expanding (tech) scale-up.
