In this role, you will join us in our People & Culture Team and you will be responsible for coaching and supporting the people managers of our fast-paced, dynamic organization.

As our new HR Business Partner, you co-create to boost the employee experience and ensure we remain a Great Place to Work (yes we have been certified!).

  • Workplace: the People & Culture Team exists of 7 team members, working remotely and from our HQ in Rotterdam. Meeting team members and stakeholders 1 day per week
  • Standard languages: fluent Dutch and English
  • Hours: 32-40 hours
  • Total people base: 240+ co-workers worldwide
  • Fields of job expertise: Compensation & Benefits, talent development, employee communication, performance management, leadership development, people analytics, (international) labor law.

  1. Drive the People & Culture year calendar;
  2. Responsible for the setup and implementation of a competitive (international) Perks & Benefits package;
  3. Contribute to professionalizing HR policies and procedures;
  4. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to align on local and global HR topics;
  5. Support in the rollout of global (HR) change programs;
  6. And last but not least, the open door: consult and coach people managers on employee-related topics;
  7. You will report directly to the HR Director.

How many of these boxes can you check?

  • Experience as HR Advisor / HR Business Partner;
  • Knowledge and/or affinity with Compensation & Benefits related topics;
  • Conduct and analyze benchmarking exercises (internal and external) in order to support annual compensation review, bonus targets and market competitiveness of Compensation & Benefits programs;
  • Stay up to date about (latest) market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits: globalization, digitalization, (international labor) legislation and sustainability;
  • Review, maintain, and communicate reward programs and policies;
  • Working knowledge of (Dutch) labor law and HR best practices internationally;
  • Experience in handling a variety of (difficult challenging) personnel situations;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Preferably experience in working in a globally expanding (tech) scale-up.
