Back Office Administrator

Job description

First of all you will join us in our global and exciting journey to grow the value of our market leading solutions even further. As our new Back Office Administrator you are committed to enabling efficient processes to your colleagues for their daily delivery of Customer Success; you support them in accurate, daily administration & control of their customer-orders, invoicing, licensing and contracts. Bottom line? You're in control, you structure, you file and you love to complete the puzzle!

  1. To be in control you might prefer an organized process.... guess what? That's where you can leave your eternal footprint! We challenge you to speak your mind and improve our end-to-end operating processes to increase efficiency and meet (future) standards in line with the growth strategy. 
  2. Your motto: whatever happens, take responsibility. And that goes for everybody, so you follow and monitor customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices and partial payments and contact them to take care of payments.
